The rent depends on the actual size of your storage unit and the location of the branch office. The rent of a storage unit is a fixed price for 4 weeks - there are no hidden fees or side costs for storage.

The price does not include VAT for business customers subject to input tax deduction.

We offer special rates for long-term tenants:

• 15% for 1 year
• 25% for 2 years 
• 30% for 3 years 

In addition we offer a discount of  -5% for advance payment.

A deposit for five weeks is charged at the time of concluding the agreement. The deposit is returned after the storage unit has been handed back (after the rental agreement has been terminated).
